Everything you need to know about Group Exercise at the YMCA

Are Group Exercise classes suitable for all fitness levels and age groups?

Yes! We offer over 25 different formats of classes, and you can refer to each formats class description here.

Every class at the Y offers modifications that the instructor can point out. Make sure to let the instructor know before class if you have any limitations due to injury or something else. 

Classes like Senior Cardio Fitness, Chair Yoga, and Forever Fit are intended for our senior communities.
