Athlete 30
A 30-minute, hard-hitting interval training session that will create well-rounded athletes and competitors, ready for gameday and every day. Power is trained through deceleration, acceleration, agility, speed, quickness, and plyometric drills. LETS TRAIN! Suitable for ages 12+.

Boot Camp
An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every time, these classes are designed to push you harder than you’d push yourself and to always keep the body guessing.

Cardio Fitness
Move your whole body, fire up your brain, and enjoy a choreographed movement class that will have you laughing and having fun while reaping the benefits of a 45-minute cardiovascular workout—you won’t even realize you’re working! Note: No equipment or chairs are used in this class.

Group Power
Blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up! POWER UP! Suitable for ages 12+.

TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Group Active
Group Active gives you all the fitness training you need—cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility in just one hour. Get stronger, fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements. ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE!

Group Blast
Group Blast is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Group Fight
Group Fight is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. FIGHT FOR IT!

HIIT
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training - involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. ... This type of training can be accomplished using body weight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls or weight machines. Members will be using 1 station for the whole workout.

Basic Strength & Tone
This class is designed with the new exerciser in mind. Expect to experience many ways to improve your cardio fitness and increase strength. We will incorporate and introduce many of our other formats in the workout so you feel confident attending the classes at the Y.

Zumba
Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Zumba Toning
Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party. During class we will incorporate lightweight toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.

Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Barre
Barre is a total body workout that fuses ballet barre exercises, Pilates core work, yoga flexibility and resistance training that will sculpt, stretch and tone major muscle groups. Class may include balls, bands or dumbbells. No dance experience needed.

Forever Fit
Try a safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance. Suitable for all levels of exercisers. (At home option - Useful to have a mat, chair and weights if possible although not required

Group Core trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. HARD CORE!
