Welcome to Youth Leadership at the Y! At the YMCA’s Youth Leadership program, we are dedicated to igniting the full potential of young individuals through a transformative journey that encompasses career-connected learning and academic achievement.

Teen Late Night
It's a teenage takeover!
On this special night teens may get the opportunity to swim in the pool, compete against each other in Super Smash Bros, experiment in the kitchen, or just hang out with other teens.
We will provide dinner, play games with friends, craft together, or enjoy a movie all while supervised by their favorite Y staff members.

Do teens need a Y membership to participate?
Some teen programs are included with a Y membership, while others like Teen Late Night are available to register for separately. A teen membership gives the best access to everything the Y has to offer – the YDC, fitness facilities, pools, and more. Financial assistance is available if cost is a barrier.
What skills and qaulities do Youth Leadership programs aim to develop in participants?
