During your first session your trainer will conduct a movement assessment based on the format needs. Open to all members ages 14+. During the Move for Life Small Group Training program, you will work with a certified personal trainer who will guide you through a variety of exercises that are designed to improve your functional movements to keep you active for as you age. You will engage in a mix of floor to standing work, strength training, and balance exercises that are carefully selected to help you develop better stability. This class is also a great way to aid in fall prevention.

The small group format of this class means that you will receive personalized attention from your trainer and be able to work alongside other like-minded individuals who are all dedicated to improving their health and fitness.
