NFL Flag Football at the Y gives kids ages 5–17 a structured, coach-led league experience built around real football fundamentals – running routes, executing plays, reading defenses, and working as a team. With both co-ed and girls-only leagues available, every athlete has a place on the field. Our program emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, and fun in a safe, non-contact format that makes the game accessible to first-timers and experienced players alike.
