We’re now offering in-branch personal training!

We have experienced, certified personal trainers who are ready to create a personalized program to help you achieve your goals, no matter your current fitness level.

Y personal trainers provide the motivation and accountability to support you through every physical challenge and encourage you to try your hardest. Each one-on-one session will push you to your maximum potential, while ensuring proper form with a workout tailored to you. Through undivided attention and expert advice, your trainer will guide you every step of your journey.

Are you rehabbing from an injury? Are you looking to build muscle? Do you want to improve mobility? Your trainer genuinely cares about your goals and will partner with you to support, motivate, and celebrate your successes.

Meet Your Trainers

Carleeh

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and youth exercise specialist. I have been coaching weightlifting and group fitness since 2015. My passion is to educate with movement to build confidence in the weight room or help people re-enter active life after injury. I believe we can develop/achieve aspirations at any level, you are never too young/old or new/experienced to change your life! My stance is to empower, equip, and support you to take action to reach your goals from where you are right now into where you want to be! You can do hard things, let’s do them together!

Danae

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. With over 2 years of experience in health and fitness coaching. I specialize in weight loss, strength, and muscle building. My goal is to teach you how to use proper form and technique, give you exercises suitable to your needs, and build you a personalized program that is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Health and fitness completely changed my life and my goal is to help other people change their lives as well! Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone muscles, build strength, or you just want to be healthier, I am here for you!

I am a Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Natural Health Sciences from Bastyr University. I am a foodie at heart who believes strongly that food is like medicine! From the age of 12, I believed that there had to be a strong connection between the food we consume and overall health and wellness. I love educating people about proper nutrition and the difference little changes can have on our overall wellbeing. When I’m not at the YMCA my family and I enjoy, hiking, biking, camping, paddle boarding and boating.

Suzanne

I am blessed that my professions have been my passions. Not everyone can say their work is their play. In the past, I was a student affairs/services administrator and a non-tenured teaching professor in physical education pedagogy specializing in general fitness in the college/university setting. I have also been a strength and conditioning coach, swim coach, and middle school track and cross-country coach. I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, an AEA-Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional, and I hold Level Gray with 5 TRX Trainer Certification/Qualifications. I also teach Pilates and take Ballet classes when I have time.
