Y personal trainers provide the motivation and accountability to support you through every physical challenge and encourage you to try your hardest. Each one-on-one session will push you to your maximum potential, while ensuring proper form with a workout tailored to you. I believe mind and body connection is a spiritual experience. The gym is a sacred place to confront fear and celebrate victory. I hope you find your passion for movement. Meet Your Trainers
Amy
I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor with specialty certifications in corrective exercise, orthopedic fitness and sports medicine. My “all-inclusive” style combines my love of human motion with adaptable exercises and movement patterns for all levels of fitness participation. My goals are for each individual to walk away with a successful workout, strong awareness of how their body moves, and learn something new so they can further challenge themselves toward their goals. If I’m not training or teaching I enjoy being with my family, playing outside, camping, traveling, cooking, studying human movement performance, and moonlighting as an aerial artist.
Bethy
I am a wife and mom of four kids who loves to exercise! I played sports most of my life but stopped exercising regularly after having kids 14 years ago. I started going to group ex classes a little over five years ago and rediscovered my love of exercise, especially in a social setting. I love exercising with other people! I became a personal trainer to help other moms rediscover or discover for the first time their love of movement. I want you know that you can do it, too! I would love to work you with and help you be the best you possible!

NASM certified personal trainer and youth exercise specialist. I want you to feel empowered and supported to take action to develop and reach your goals. My approach is to cheer for YOU at every stage of your journey as you write your Y story. I love helping you find ways to move your body that you will actually enjoy, and also fits into your schedule.

My name is Daniel Harer, most people call me Dan. I work for the YMCA where there is never a dull moment. Being a Personal Trainer at the Y, my role is to support you.
Lindsey
I was born and raised in Western Washington, and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bastyr University. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have many different fitness certifications that I have earned over the years including TRX and Mossa Group Fight. I enjoy teaching group exercise classes and running the occasional half marathon. I also love doing outdoor activities like hiking and I recently started kayaking. I am always looking to learn and grow and excited about educating others about health and wellness.
