Participating in the Supporting Wellness Together – Weight Loss Program is a great way to learn sustainable ways to eat healthier, move more, and lose weight. There are no gimmicks and no restrictive approaches, just the tools you need to make the necessary changes in your lifestyle to achieve weight loss goals.
- Must be 18 years or older
- 12 weeks | 1 session/week
- $99 for members, $199 for non-members. If you join the Y January 2-18, 2019, you will receive a $0 join fee.
