The benefits of walking are numerous in improving physical and mental health. Join the Marysville Family YMCA this summer as we make an effort to move more! Help us spread the word with the hash tag #StepItUpMarysvilleTulalip. Grab a walking buddy and hit the streets or the trails! Snap a picture and use the hash tag to help us create a snap shot of our community getting active!

Activity Ideas

  • Walk a mile every day for 30 days
  • Try out a new hike every weekend as a family
  • Train for a 5K, or push yourself to a half marathon!
  • Walk around the block on your lunch break
