“…I have tuned in to several of the Y’s Zoom workouts and participated. My computer does not have a microphone nor a camera, but I can hear and see the leaders. Really enjoyed your class this morning. Makes me hopeful we will be all together again soon. I have adjusted the Bootcamp to reflect my abilities and limitations and still feel like I get a good workout. I am going to drag out my old recumbent stationary bike and see how that works with some of the cycle classes.
