Reopening Information

Effective Monday, May 24, YMCA staff and members that are fully vaccinated no longer need to wear a face covering in our facilities. Non-vaccinated staff and members are required to continue wearing a face covering while in our facilities.

WE ARE BACK!

The Y is back! Our region has entered Phase 3 of the Healthy Washington reopening plan, allowing the Y to safely expand availability of our fitness centers and other areas. We’re so glad that we can once again be together, safely! Click here to learn more about visiting our fitness center.

Reservations

Reservations are no longer required in our fitness centers or pools. Our Everett location is phasing out reservations for all activities in their pools. With limited reservations remaining after April 30. The easiest way to reserve is by downloading our mobile app, or you can place reservations over the phone by calling 425 374 5779. Reservations become available two days in advance at 8 AM. Learn more about how we’re ensuring equal access to our facility by reviewing our Reservation Etiquette.

Pool Reservations

Members can enjoy the Aquatics Center without reservations! Here’s what to expect:

  • Face coverings are required until you reach the edge of the pool
  • Members must shower before entering the pool
  • Plan to bring your own towel
  • Come ready to enter the pool deck directly
  • Youth ages 7-13 may lap swim. They will be required to pass a lap swim test.
  • Youth ages 14 and older are considered adults for the purpose of use of the facility. They may reserve time in the pool.
  • No loaner equipment will be available (kickboard, pull buoy, etc.)


Group Exercise

At the Y, group exercise is about accomplishing something together. Y members have three ways to join a workout they won’t forget: inside, in the pool, or outdoors. To view the full schedule, click here. To view outdoor group exercise classes, click here.
