Reopening Information

Reservations are no longer required for the cardio/weight room, gym, and group exercise classes! Reservations are still required for the pool, hot tub, and water fitness classes.


The Y is back! Our region has entered Phase 2 of the Healthy Washington reopening plan , allowing the Y to safely expand availability of our fitness centers and other areas. Reservations are no longer required in our fitness centers. Reservations are still required for all activities in our pools. The easiest way to reserve is by downloading our mobile app, or you can place reservations over the phone by calling 425 374 5779. Reservations become available two days in advance at 8 AM. Fitness Center

We are excited to welcome Y members back to our fitness centers. Visit our our cardio/weight rooms, gym, and other areas in the Y today- no reservation required!. Here’s what to expect:

  • Maximum occupancy is posted for each room in the facility
  • Face coverings are required at all times, including while working out
  • Equipment has been spaced to meet physical distancing guidelines
  • Showers and lockers are reserved for swimmers only
  • Plan to bring your own gym towel
  • Youth ages 12 and 13 may use these areas without supervision after completing an orientation with Y staff
  • Youth ages 8-11 must be accompanied by a supervising individual who remains in the room and is actively monitoring the youth
  • Youth ages 14 and older are considered adults for the purpose of use of the facility
  • Remember to bring your own refillable water bottle

Pool Reservations

Members can reserve 45 minute sessions in our pools. Enjoy private use of a lap lane or time in the shallow section of our pool (when available) for water walking. Here’s what to expect:

  • Face coverings are required until you reach the edge of the pool
  • Members must shower before entering the pool
  • Plan to bring your own towel
  • Come ready to enter the pool deck directly
  • Youth ages 7-13 may reserve lap swim sessions. They will be required to pass a lap swim test.
  • Youth ages 14 and older are considered adults for the purpose of use of the facility. They may reserve time in the pool.
  • No loaner equipment will be available (kickboard, pull buoy, etc.)
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before your reservation

Group Exercise
