We’re now offering in-branch personal training!

We have experienced, certified personal trainers who are ready to create a personalized program to help you achieve your goals, no matter your current fitness level.

Y personal trainers provide the motivation and accountability to support you through every physical challenge and encourage you to try your hardest. Each one-on-one session will push you to your maximum potential, while ensuring proper form with a workout tailored to you. Through undivided attention and expert advice, your trainer will guide you every step of your journey.

Are you rehabbing from an injury? Are you looking to build muscle? Do you want to improve mobility? Your trainer genuinely cares about your goals and will partner with you to support, motivate, and celebrate your successes.

Meet Your Trainers

Sara

I have been working in the fitness industry for over ten years and have multiple certifications and areas of specialty. My journey of losing over 90 lbs has helped me realize how important a healthy, whole foods diet combined with daily movement is to feeling and moving well, without pain. I started by teaching fitness classes and then moved to training 1:1 to maximize the individualization that each client needs. I love helping clients improve poor posture, get over old injuries, and realign their body to get stronger. I have extra specializations with Pre and Postnatal populations, Pilates, Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise.
In my spare time I love to hike, read, spend time with family and friends. I’m always on the search for good food and wine.

Kaylene

My fitness journey began in 2004 after losing 114 pounds. Fueled by the belief that functional movement is essential for everybody; no matter their size, age or fitness history, I began teaching group exercise classes in 2013 and haven’t looked back! I coach in an energetic manner with positive reinforcement and motivation. I understand that every client is unique and so are their needs, which is why i tailor each session specific to them. Together, we will work on pushing through barriers and getting results! My goal is to help others increase their quality of life and find strength and confidence, both mentally and physically. Let me help find the best version of you! All packages include a complimentary orientation for your first session. Get to know your trainer, share your goals and fitness history, and then you’re ready to get to work!

  • Safety, Sanitation, and Social Distancing Practices

    The safety of our staff and members is our highest priority. You’ll notice new signage throughout our facilities encouraging frequent handwashing, cleaning of the equipment before and after use, and social distancing from other Y members.

    Please bring your own water bottle and towel (if needed) to your session. Water fountain use is restricted to water bottle filling stations only and there is no towel service provided. Currently our pool, showers, basketball courts, hot tubs, saunas, and locker rooms are closed. Locker rooms are available for restrooms and handwashing only.
