We’re excited to offer one-to-one personal training and small group training at all Snohomish County YMCA locations.

We have experienced, certified personal trainers who are ready to create a personalized program to help you achieve your goals, no matter your current fitness level.

Y personal trainers provide the motivation and accountability to support you through every physical challenge and encourage you to try your hardest. Each one-on-one session will push you to your maximum potential, while ensuring proper form with a workout tailored to you. Through undivided attention and expert advice, your trainer will guide you every step of your journey.

Through undivided attention and expert advice, your trainer will guide you every step of your journey. Register at any branch – Everett, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mukilteo, or Stanwood-Camano – and we’ll connect you with a trainer who will design a program specifically for you. Are you rehabbing from an injury? Are you looking to build muscle? Do you want to improve mobility? Your trainer genuinely cares about your goals and will partner with you to support, motivate, and celebrate your successes.

Small Group Training

Fitness isn’t a solo journey. If you prefer to work out in a small group setting, sign up with up to five friends. You’ll get the same challenge and motivation that you would in a personal training session, but with the added fun of working out with your friends! The cost is shared among your group, so this is a budget-friendly option to work with one of our trainers.

Program Pricing

All packages include a complimentary orientation for your first session. Get to know your trainer, share your goals and fitness history, and then you’re ready to get to work! YMCA Facility Members can participate in Y programs for a reduced rate. To learn about joining they Y, click here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Safety, Sanitation, and Social Distancing Practices

The safety of our staff and members is our highest priority. You’ll notice new signage throughout our facilities encouraging frequent hand washing, cleaning of the equipment before and after use, and social distancing from other Y members. Please bring your own water bottle and towel (if needed) to your session; as there is no towel service provided. Currently our saunas are closed.
