Right Start Appointments

To help you reach your desired wellness goals, as well as find value in your YMCA Membership, we offer three complimentary Right Start Appointments. During your hour long, one-on-one appointment with your professional coach, we can help you develop a workout schedule and training plan while offering you accountability and support as you put your plan into action!

Barre Class Pass

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. FREE Barre socks with the purchase of a 20 class pass!

Work on balance and standing core exercises for your body. Better balance helps daily activities and ability to react to and recover from those unpredictable moments in life.

Boxing Fundamentals

Come learn correct boxing techniques with ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Landon. He will guide you through a small group training focused on using your core and exercises with our Life Fitness Synrgy Equipment.

Golf Fitness | Ages 16+

Learn exercises and strategies for getting more fit for the game of golf. This pre-spring training includes a postural assessment and exercise practice that will support your next game of golf.

Hula Lessons

In the South Pacific, stories and legends are told through the art of movement. This hula class will provide an introduction to rhythm combined with hula basics and songs. Participants will learn basic hula steps, hip movement and how to coordinate hand and feet motions. Come learn the rich culture of Polynesian dancing.

Social Salsa | Ages 16+

Join us for 8 weeks of learning Salsa and Bachata, all in one class! Bring a partner or come on your own.

Weight Training Basics | Ages 16+

Learn the fundamentals of weight training techniques to ensure safe and proper form. Learn tips for taking any class safely and even build strength on your own terms in the weight room. Join NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Instructor Laura for 4, 45- minute sessions.

Yamuna | Ages 16+

Work with Yamuna-Certified Instructor Tammy once a week to improve muscle aches, soreness and tension. This 1-hour body rolling class features several sizes and strengths of specialized equipment.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Adult Karate

Learn self-defense focused on real life applications. This dynamic class focuses on all aspects of traditional Shorin-Ryu Karate, taught by internationally certified black belt instructors.

Balance & Flex Together

Balance & Flex Together is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. It puts back all that we take out and really centers your energy. It’s ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.

Cardio Step Together

Cardio Step Together is a one-hour, results-driven cardio workout the uses the STEP as its primary training tool

Conditioning Together

Conditioning Together is perfect for new exercisers wanting to build a foundation for healthy movement or athletes needing a competitive edge. The workout focuses on muscles working together to create movement, from your nose to your toes. Conditioning Together is full-body movement with load that will enhance your Vitality, Performance, and Reconditioning.

Core Training

Focused exercises for the muscles around the core of your body. Training every area of your core will improve balance, posture, movement and prevent injury.

 

Cycle 30 Together

This class will get you moving and feeling better in only 30 minutes. Its a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance and build cardio fitness.

Cycle

An interval training style workout using stationary bikes. Cycle is a non-impact alternative to other weight bearing activities.

Cycle Together

Cycle Together is a huge calorie burner. It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors.

Fit Forever!

Fun music from the good ol’ days with weights, bands and Swiss ball work.

Move Together

Move Together is for anybody looking to improve their overall movement health, to move better, with ease and less restriction and discomfort. This could be someone looking to build their movement confidence and start an exercise program, or even an individual who is already active but needs to spend time reconditioning their body to help prevent pain or injury.

Pickle Ball

Ages 14+. Pickleball is a fun game that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Open Pickleball is an opportunity for all members to try the game for the first time or hone their more advanced skills! This is an open playing time without instructor supervision

SilverSneakers® Circuit

Combine fun with fitness with a standing circuit workout.

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises.

SilverSneakers® Yoga

Move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.

Strength Train Together

The high intensity class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to set up equipment.

Strong by Zumba®

Come try this athletic, high-intensity, boot camp-style workout to a driving beat.  It’s a challenging cardio workout with body-weight strength and core conditioning.  Styled with choreography, it brings the music and moves together.  Bring your workout to the next level!

Synrgy

This high intensity 30-45 minute class will get your heart rate up while you move from station to station using the LifeFitness Synrgy 360 equipment.

Tai Chi

A graceful form of exercise that includes a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

TRX®

The TRX® suspension training is the original, best-in class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.

Water Fitness

Designed for all levels of fitness, classes include a warm-up, cardiovascular set, toning and stretching exercises in the pool

Yoga

Incorporates static and dynamic flexibility movements using postures and positions to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and improve strength and posture.

Zumba®

Latin dance based class for a fun cardio workout. Using music such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Reggae, this is a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all fun!

Zumba® Gold

This latin based class is fun, friendly fitness for active older adults and those participants just starting their journey to fitness with easy to follow moves and zesty Latin music.

Zumba® Toning

Latin dance based class with an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
