Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise is one of many ways the Y supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals. The YMCA Group Exercise Programs improve health, encourage social interaction and with motivating music, are one of the most enjoyable ways to move and feel great. Highly trained staff members lead the programs and often tailor them to the specific needs of the community.
We like to challenge you to keep moving and be active in ways that you may have never thought of before. Some of our favorites are the Thankfully Active Challenge (in November), the Ironman Challenge – complete a Ironman Triathlon throughout the entire month (in February), and more.
During this time, you can take part in the Mobile App monthly challenges. Challenge yourself to complete a new goal each month on the YMCA Mobile app! Just by joining the challenge, you will receive points towards your next reward.
Come play racquetball and volleyball at our Y. Spaces available all day, and you can reserve a court up to 24 hours in advance. We provide all the equipment you need, but feel free to bring your own equipment as well.
Pickleball is a fun game which combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Open Pickleball is an opportunity for all members to try the game for the first time or hone their more advanced skills! This is an open playing time without instructor supervision.

Balance & Flex Together
Balance & Flex Together is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. It puts back all that we take out and really centers your energy. It’s ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.
Barre – NOW FREE with Membership!
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Purchase Barre socks for $10.
Cardio Step Together
Cardio Step Together is a one-hour, results-driven cardio workout the uses the STEP as its primary training tool
Conditioning Together is perfect for new exercisers wanting to build a foundation for healthy movement or athletes needing a competitive edge. The workout focuses on muscles working together to create movement, from your nose to your toes. Conditioning Together is full-body movement with load that will enhance your Vitality, Performance, and Reconditioning.
Focused exercises for the muscles around the core of your body. Training every area of your core will improve balance, posture, movement and prevent injury.
An interval training style workout using stationary bikes. Cycle is a non-impact alternative to other weight bearing activities.
