The Monroe Family YMCA is constantly growing and expanding its youth and adult sports programs, and hosts a variety of sports for all ages. All youth leagues focus on teaching youth teamwork, friendships, skills, and respect for coaches, players, and self. If you are interested in a particular sport please register online or you can also call the Welcome Center for further details.
Each Sunday, our volleyball net will be set up for adults and teen to play a laidback scrimmage game. This time is designated for those who already have the basic fundamental skills but are looking for other to play against.

Preschool Dance is a fun way to help your child’s development of coordination, balance, and strength. Join instructor, Missy Olson, as she uses music, movement, and singing to introduce a foundation of ballet dance and tumbling basics. Participants will work on fine motor skills by learning to hop, skip, and gallop and increase hand and eye coordination with the use of props. Participants also will build confidence in trying new things in a fun, friendly, and encouraging environment!

Cost: $48 FM | $60 PM
Children will learn important skills and drills that will develop their knowledge and passion for basketball in a non-competitive environment. This program will focus on skill building and sportsmanship by providing a positive, family oriented and fun experience. Teams will be coached by parent volunteers.
Little Rookies: 3-4 Age Division | Rookie: 5-6 Age Division

When: January 15–May 15 | Includes performance at the Spring Recital May 15 | No classes April 8 or 9.
Payment Options: Fee can be made in two payments. Half now, and the other half by March 11. Or you can pay in full and receive $10 off. All Classes include a $45 Costume fee for Spring Recital.

Take a break and let us provide physical activities and a healthy snack for your homeschooler. Participants will get a 30 minute swim lesson, a healthy snack, and a 45 minute fitness and/or PE activity. Plus, families may stay and use the facility for the rest of the day!
