The Everett Family YMCA is constantly growing and expanding its youth and adult sports programs, and hosts a variety of sports for all ages. All youth leagues focus on teaching youth teamwork, friendships, skills, and respect for coaches, players, and self. If you are interested in a particular sport please register online or you can also call the Welcome Center for further details.

Our youth sports programs are aimed at building basic skills and developing confidence in our youth. Your child will learn team-building skills, hand-eye coordination, gross motor skills and make new friends! We offer sports like indoor and outdoor soccer, basketball, hockey, and more!

Winter is creeping up quickly, which means it almost time to get back indoors for our Tri Club training. Join us for a mini
triathlon every Sunday beginning at 7:45 am. This includes a 40 minute swim workout, 40 minute Cycle class and a 5k run/walk/crawl outdoors. Each week you will start with either the swim or the bike depending on participation and space. If you are preparing for your first ever tri or even an Ironman, this is for you! We build strength, endurance, stamina and confidence but most importantly we build community and support. Contact Gael Gebow at for more information.

Resolution Run & Dip

ARE YOU BOLD TO BE COLD? Begin 2019 in the best way possible by running a 5k and finishing off by washing off 2018 with a quick dip in the balmy water of Lake Stevens. Inspired by the Scottish Tradition of jumping into the River Forth in Edinburgh, Scotland, jokingly created as a New Year’s Day hangover cure! All proceeds raised will benefit our YMCA Make a Splash Program. We will provide hot chocolate and treats to heat you back up after your plunge!

This is not a closed course so please use caution and walker rules. The complete run is approximately 4 miles but you may turn around at any point – pavement is sometimes slippery.

When | Tuesday, January 1 at 9 am
