Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise is one of many ways the Y supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals. The YMCA Group Exercise Programs improve health, encourage social interaction and with motivating music, are one of the most enjoyable ways to move and feel great. Highly trained staff members lead the programs and often tailor them to the specific needs of the community.
We like to challenge you to keep moving and be active in ways that you may have never thought of before. Some of our favorites are the Thankfully Active Challenge (in November), the Ironman Challenge – complete a Ironman Triathlon throughout the entire month (in February), and more.
During this time, you can take part in the Mobile App monthly challenges. Challenge yourself to complete a new goal each month on the YMCA Mobile app! Just by joining the challenge, you will receive points towards your next reward.
Pickleball is a fun game which combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Open Pickleball is an opportunity for all members to try the game for the first time or hone their more advanced skills! This is an open playing time without instructor supervision.
