Fall Challenges/Events

October Fitness Challenge

Try it all and earn rewards! During the month of October you will receive rewards every time you complete a “daily task”. You will
receive a calendar that states a choice of tasks to be completed either in our out of the YMCA. Not only will you feel incentivized
by the rewards, by accomplishing tasks will result in an increase in your personal fitness level. Everyone is a winner in this one!

Thankfully Active Challenge

Attend as many Group Exercise classes as you can during the month of November to be entered into a fantastic drawing! Grab a
punch card from the Welcome Center and each time you complete and of our brilliant classes the instructor will punch your card.
Every participant who finishes at least 1 punch card (8 classes) will get a commemorative t-shirt. Winners will be announced at the
end of the month.

Burn the Bird: Thanksgiving Workout

Experience your first workout at the New Everett Y location at our Annual Burn the Bird workout. This 2 hour jamboree includes Cycle 30, Cardio Step Together, Strength Train Together, Zumba, Water Fitness and Restorative Yoga to get you set for your festivities.

All formats are offered in 25 minute intervals so you can pick and choose the workout experience that works for you. All youth 7+
are welcome to participate but some formats will not be suitable. The branch will be closed and only open for this event. You will
not have access to the Wellness Center or showers.

* Branch doors will lock at 8 am, with no entry after this time.
* Child care is available

When | November 28 from 8-10 am
Cost | Free for the whole family and bring your friends.

Tri-Club

Winter is creeping up quickly, which means it is almost time to get back indoors for our Tri Club training. Join us for a mini triathlon every Sunday beginning at 7:30am. This includes a 40 minute swim, 40 minute Spin and a run/walk/crawl outdoors. Each week you will start with either the swim or the bike depending on participation and space.

If you are preparing for your first ever tri or even an Ironman, this is for you! Complimentary child care is available during training.

90 Days to Wellness!

Grab a punch card for each of our ongoing “Together” classes (each format has its own punch card).  Complete 16 classes within 90 days you will automatically win a prize!  Or keep the cards until all boxes are filled and once you complete all 4 formats you will receive a complimentary 3 month membership for yourself or to give to your friend (working out with buddies is always better).  Grab a schedule today and start checking off the boxes.

When | Ongoing through the year and members can begin at any time, but must complete the punch card in 90 days.
