Active Older Adults
It’s Not Just Kids Stuff
Today, older adults are more health conscious than ever before. The YMCA offers seniors the opportunity to maintain a healthy lifestyle, healthy relationships, and a positive outlook on life. Active older adults live longer and have better functional conditioning. That is why the YMCA offers water exercise, yoga, walking clubs stretching and toning classes, volunteer opportunities, and social events.
Programs include group exercise classes, social events, low impact water exercise, community education and more!

Now is the time to plan and make your preferences known. These decisions take some burden off family and friends. Have the conversation, you couldn’t give a better gift.
