The YMCA of Snohomish County recognizes the need for quality adaptive programming for community members with diverse abilities. These programs help people gain confidence, promote independence and responsibility, socialize and work with others, as well as nurture a healthy and active lifestyle. All programs are led by qualified, trained individuals who help promote a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.
Join us for some fun in the pool on the third Saturday of every month, from 1-3 pm! The pool is free and open to the community, please bring ID if you are age 14 or older.
Join us for a fun filled, musical evening. Open to people of all ages and abilities. Admission is $5 per person and includes snacks.

Transitional Yoga modifies yoga for individuals with diverse abilities or mobility restrictions to accommodate each person in a safe, comfortable, “makes sense” way. It raises your awareness and helps you build the strength and flexibility needed to transition to other yoga classes.

Annual Multicultural Art Fair
Join us for this exciting event on September 15, 2018 where we bring together people of all ages, abilities, and cultures to celebrate our vibrant YMCA community. We are excited to work with returning partners, Eagle Wings DisAbility Ministries as well as new partners, the No Name Riders MC.
