About Lap Swim

Select your reservation time on our mobile app or by calling 425 374 5779 to reserve a 40 minute lap swim session. Lanes are limited to one person at a time unless two people from the same household wish to swim together. Water walking is available in certain lanes.

What to Expect

Things will look a little different your first time back at the Y. Please take a moment to read the following guidelines and changes:

  • Masks are required in common areas like the lobby and locker room.
  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • Please bring your own towel.
  • Come ready to enter the pool deck directly
  • Participants must be 14+, able to participate without disrupting swim traffic, and compliant with existing swim policies.
  • No loaner equipment will be available (kickboard, pull buoy, etc.).
  • Arrive no sooner than 10-15 minutes before your reservation.
  • Be prepared to sign our revised 2020 membership waiver.
  • No water fitness activities beyond lap swimming or water walking.
