Conditioning Together

Core Focus Together

Core Focus Together trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. HARD CORE!

Running Boot Camp

Our 5 person Running Boot camp is organized to be held outdoors rain or shine. Exercises examples include but never limited to push-ups, squats, burpees, high-intensity aerobic exercises (i.e. skipping and boxing moves), interspersed with running and competitive games – with intentional focus on improving your running performance. Expect the coach (aka Drill Sergeant) to give you a new experience each visit.

Water Fitness

Water Fitness offers a fun, upbeat, low-impact workout to get the heart pumping and blood flowing throughout the body while exercising in the water. Suitable for ages 14 and up.

ZUMBA

Barre is a total body workout that fuses ballet barre exercises, Pilates core work, yoga flexibility and resistance training that will sculpt, stretch and tone major muscle groups. Dress for weather and bring a mat. Class may include balls, bands or dumbbells. No dance experience needed.

This low impact class incorporates cardio, core and resistance training to build strength, improve balance, and increase range of motion. Whether you are a senior, beginner, pre/post natal or recovering from an injury, this all level fitness class will work your entire body and help you stay Forever Fit! Use of a chair, hand weights, bands and balls are supplied at the live classes and helpful if you are working out at home but not required.

TRX

Full body workout using the TRX functional training tool. Can include but is not limited to: Cardio Training off the strap, core exercises and HIIT training. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

What Are Live Classes?

Live Classes are in-person, instructor-lead group exercise classes at our Y facilities. Classes have limited capacities to ensure adequate physical-distancing, and some classes will be moved to our basketball courts to allow for even more space. Keeping you and your family safe is our top priority. Before your visit, be sure to review our reservation etiquette.

To join a live class you’ll need to reserve your spot. Get started by downloading our mobile app. From there, you can view upcoming classes, sort by your favorite instructor, and book your next workout. We can’t wait to see you!


What Are Virtual Classes?

Virtual Classes feature instructors from across Snohomish County who lead you through your workout remotely as the class is streamed in real time to your Y’s studio. Whether you’re looking for a place to bring your friends, an easy way to use best-in-class equipment, or an option with maximum physical-distancing, Virtual Classes are an excellent addition to our regular group exercise schedule.

Virtual Classes are simultaneously streamed to Y at Home, enabling active Y members to participate from home when a class is full.
