About Cardio/Weight Room Reservations

Select your reservation time and workout area (cardio or weight room) on our mobile app or by calling 425 374 5779 to reserve a 45 minute workout session. No more than 5 people will be booked for the same room at the same time.

What to Expect

Things will look a little different your first time back at the Y. Please take a moment to read the following guidelines and changes:

  • Masks are required in common areas like the lobby and facility hallways.
  • Showers and locker rooms are reserved for swimmers only.
  • The fitness areas have been spaced to meet social distancing guidelines.
  • Please bring your own towel.
  • Come ready to enter the cardio/weight room areas directly.
  • Arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your reservation.
  • Be prepared to sign our revised 2020 membership waiver.
  • Please wipe down equipment before and after use.

How to Reserve

To reserve space, download our mobile app (click on the “Find a Class” tile) or call 425 374 5779. Reservations become available 48 hours in advance.
