$13.81-$15.66 per hour DOE
Days & Hours:
Monday-Friday, must be available between 7:30am-5:30pm
Education & Experience

Create a safe, culturally appropriate and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures. Provide direction for the program and staff, and implement program curriculum in a safe, enjoyable, positive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum age 21
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Plan, organize, and implement high quality developmentally appropriate programming
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required
• Fluency in second language desired

Responsibilities

• Supervise the participants and all activities
• Maintain effective relationships with participants, members, and staff
• Design and implement culturally responsive activity plans
• Provide department administrative support, maintain required program records
• Maintain communication with parents, conduct regularly scheduled parent conferences, and engage parents as volunteers.
• Maintain program site and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
