Child Care
We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for quality of life. Because of the Y community, kids in Snohomish County neighborhoods are taking more interest in learning and making smarter life choices. At the Y, kids learn about teamwork and sportsmanship, and most importantly, learn how to be themselves. That makes for confident kids today, and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.
Families in Snohomish County need affordable, high-quality child care available at locations and hours that are convenient for their lifestyle. The Y fulfills this need by providing dozens of locations, a wide range of hours, transportation, and financial assistance. Fully licensed staff care for your child, nurturing them as an individual as they learn, grow, and develop social skills.
Education & Leadership
All kids have great potential. At the Y, we help them set and achieve their personal and educational goals. They gain confidence as they recognize the Y as a place where they belong and feel comfortable exploring new interests and passions. Through leadership and academic enrichment programs such as mentoring, Youth & Government, and college preparation, we make sure that every child has an opportunity to envision a positive future, and to take an active role in strengthening the community.
Knowledge, character development, guidance, and encouragement to help youth develop and realize their potential. From Early Childhood Education to Youth and Government, the Y is always there.
