ADVANCED CARE PLANNING
Join us for a candlelight dinner while we discuss and prepare for the decisions that might need to be made in the wake of a tragedy. Accidents, life altering diagnosis, and debilitating falls can happen at any age. Snohomish County Coalition will bring the workbooks needed to put all your wishes in writing. Now is the time to plan and make your preferences known. These decisions take some burden off family and friends. Have the conversation, you couldn't give a better gift. This is a FREE program, please register so we know how many to expect for dinner!
