The YMCA will open its doors for one hour the first and third Sunday of the month to provide anyone in the community in need of a shower.

Join us for a candlelight dinner while we discuss and prepare for the decisions that might need to be made in the wake of a tragedy. Accidents, life altering diagnosis, and debilitating falls can happen at any age. Snohomish County Coalition will bring the workbooks needed to put all your wishes in writing. Now is the time to plan and make your preferences known. These decisions take some  burden off family and friends. Have the conversation, you couldn't give a better gift. This is a FREE program, please register so we know how many to expect for dinner!

Black Friday Food and Coat Drive

The Stanwood-Camano YMCA is accepting

non-perishable food and new or gently used coats on Black Friday,        

November 24!

All donations go to the Stanwood-Camano Food Bank.

develop dementia? Currently, there are five
million Americans diagnosed with Alzheimer’s,
a severe debilitating form of dementia.
Shockingly, this rate is projected to increase to 14 million by the year 2050!

There are many factors that can influence the development of dementia before the age of 65. Progressive memory loss doesn't have to be a normal part of aging. Stand out from the crowd, stay sharp and engaged!

In this lecture:

  • Learn how to reduce your risks.
  • Learn how to preserve your brain health.

Find out what’s happening this month for Active Older Adults at your YMCA! Come have coffee and a snack with our Y Volunteer, Sharon. Get updated information and share your ideas for AOA activities. Also make a new friend or two!

Recreational swim time. One lap lane is provided. Community swim is available for free to all community members. Upon arriving at the pool, you will be asked to sign in, to help keep track of attendance.
