At the Stanwood-Camano Family YMCA, we offer a wide variety of Health and Wellness programs from personal training to group exercises, including group cycle, aerobics, yoga, and specialty programs. View our group exercise schedules for more details.

Right Start Wellness Coaching

A Right Start is a one-on-one meeting with a trained Y Wellness Coach to meet with you and discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, show you how to use equipment and recommend appropriate wellness programming suitable to help you reach your goals in the best possible way. We want you to get the most out of your Y Membership, and our Right Start staff is available to assist you with up to three customized and FREE appointments to help you get a Right Start on your journey to health.

Personal Training

A certified personal trainer will develop a structured program to help you reach your personal goals. Visit your branch Welcome Center for more information.

Group Personal Training

Small Group Training sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. Small Group Training classes are intentionally small – usually no more than eight to 12 participants per session. Fitness Challenges

Throughout the year, we offer fitness challenges to help you get motivated for improved health! Information is available at your branch Welcome Center.

Y Ironman Challenge

During the month of February, challenge yourself to complete the Ironman Challenge. That’s 28 extra days to finish!Challenge your friends, or just have fun doing your very own Ironman! Use the equivalency chart to track your progress in miles on your tracking sheet. Pick up your tracking sheet at the Welcome Center. Go ahead, you can do it!

February 1-28 | $20 (includes commemorative t-shirt)

Obstacle Course/Cross Training

Get your friends and family off the couch and in the mud! Train for obstacle course racing with our very own YMCA personal trainer.

Registration: February 1-17 | Program: February 19-March 31

Dates/Times: Set up with personal trainer, Teri Montgomery | Facility Member Fee: $100/Program Member Fee: $125 with 6 weeks membership included.
