Diabetes Prevention Program

If you’re at risk for type 2 diabetes, you can make small,
measurable changes that can reduce your risk and help
you live a happier, healthier life. Change is tough—we can help.

Personal Training

A certified personal trainer will develop a structured program to help you reach your personal goals. Sign up today at the Welcome Center.

Racquetball Courts

Come play racquetball and volleyball at our Y. Spaces available all day, and you can reserve a court up to 24 hours in advance. We provide all the equipment you need, but feel free to bring your own equipment as well. Please call 360 653 9622 to reserve a court, or stop by the Welcome Center.

Open Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun game which combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Open Pickleball is an opportunity for all members to try the game for the first time or hone their more advanced skills! This is an open playing time without instructor supervision.
