“Traveling on a Collette tour is an amazing experience. I have traveled with other tour companies, but my Collette tour was an eye opener to quality travel. The itinerary was very complete, the hotels were comfortable, the food was great, the tour manager was incredible and the presenters and local guides were very knowledgeable. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly and that every member of the tour was valued.  Based on this experience, I will choose to travel with Collette whenever possible.”

Workshop: Yakkity Yak, Let's Talk Backs! | November 15

The back is the main support structure of the human body. The back enables the body to move (sit, stand, bend, etc.) and to bear weight. On the other hand, the back is extremely delicate and is vulnerable to injury if not cared for properly. Back pain causes an alarming amount of suffering, missed activities, and trips to the doctor. Many back-related issues are not caused by serious conditions and can be remedied, or at least improved, through better body mechanics and awareness.

In this workshop, Seattle Hill Physical Therapy, will educate participants on differences between a healthy back and an aching one, and on how to keep the back strong and decrease the risk of injury with some simple techniques to strengthen your muscles to help your back stay healthy and strong.

Ages: Open to all adults
When: Wednesday, November 15 from 2-3 pm
