A large number of seniors suffer from dementia at one point in their life and by indulging in this game of tiles, they have a better chance of ensuring this does not happen because the game helps to sharpen their memory skills and aids in keeping the mind sharp.

For Facility Members Ages 50+
Working with one of our experienced certified personal trainers will give you the confidence and skills to achieve your fitness and wellness goals safely and efficiently.
Your personal training sessions are as unique as your individual needs and will include fitness equipment and movements tailored to build your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
- One 60-minute session: $50
- Four 60-minute sessions: $180
- Eight 60-minute sessions: $340

Trip: Tulips & Tasting | March 30|
Explore the Tulips at Roozengaard Family Farms. Each fall, the 3 acre show garden is planted with around 300,000 spring-flowering bulbs, providing a gorgeous display of color. You can roam the picturesque gardens, fields and the gift shop. From there, we'll journey on to the quaint little town of LaConner for lunch and a little bit of shopping. The fun doesn't stop thre, more fun to be had wine tasting at Pasek Cellars in Conway. This annual trips fills up, don't miss out on the fun!

Come join the Silver Steppers and dance to all styles of music and dances from different cultures and eras. The Silver Steppers have lots of fun, meet new friends and benefit from exercise that promotes balance, muscle strength and coordination. The Silver Steppers perform at schools, nursing homes, fairs and theater stages to name a few.
