Metabolic Circuit with Sara

Ages 15+
Needing a little more from your workout? Looking to add some variety? Stuck on a plateau? Then join us! We will start in the Cardio/Weight room on machines for a warm up and then transition to the Group X Studio where we will utilize our new, improved and awesome functional training equipment. Here we will offer some great circuits meant to challenge metabolic fitness and strength in a functional, safe, and fun way.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 am-12:30 pm

Pedaling for Parkinson's

The mission of Pedaling for Parkinson’s is to:

  • Improve the quality of life of Parkinson’s disease patients and their caregivers
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and the general public about the benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle after a Parkinson’s diagnosis
  • Support research dedicated to prevention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.

The Pedaling for Parkinson’s program is available at your Mill Creek Family YMCA as a 12-week session of classes. You will need to register prior to the start of a session, as classes are closed once a session begins. Classes are held in the Cycle Studio, on individual stationary bikes.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-10 am

Cost: This program is free for all participants for the first 8 weeks, after that a YMCA membership is required.

Personal Dance Instruction

Ages 7+
Focus on your areas of interest, and get individual attention from our expert dance instructor. You will receive four 50-minute sessions of training with Miss Ashely and can invite up to three members to share the experience with you. This is only available to Facility Members.

Personal Training

Working with one of our experienced certified personal trainers will give you the confidence and skills to achieve your fitness and wellness goals safely and efficiently.

Your personal training sessions are as unique as your individual needs and will include fitness equipment and movements tailored to build your strength, endurance flexibility and balance.

Tri Club

Ages: 18+
Our indoor triathlon club will provide you with the support and confidence you need to prepare for your first or next triathlon. Each week we'll do a 40-minute swim workout, followed by a 40-minute indoor cycling class and then finish with a 40-minute outdoor or treadmill run together.

  • Meet in the lobby by 7:50 am for check in
  • On-site Child Care is available

When: Sundays, 7:50-9:30 am, November 5-December 17
