Job Title:
Raisers Edge Donor Billing Representative
Everett YMCA
$16+ DOE
Education & Experience

• One or more years’ donor billing experience, Raisers Edge preferred
• Attention to detail
• Cash handling
• Basic understanding of accounting, college degree in business preferred
• Current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws
• Be able to work independently; have excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills; and the flexibility to change priorities as required
• Must meet absolute deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including positive interaction with staff and community leaders
• Be able to speak, write, and understand English clearly and concisely; and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Ability to maintain confidential information while dealing with proper discretion
• Satisfactory credit background check is required due to access to bank information, payment processing and position of trust
• Fluency in second language desired

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.


Primary Duties
Raisers Edge Donor billing for the association. Respond to staff, members, and constituents working upstairs 3rd floor (stair access only) in the Association Office.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintain files and database, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Bill constituents in timely manner, checking invoices, bank drafts, and billing registers for accuracy
• Communicate to constituents of upcoming changes in billing
• File reports as required by performing, compliance, and accurate record keeping
• Provide exceptional customer service to branches, volunteers, corporations, donors, members, and participants through verbal and written communications
• Accounts receivable reports and providing record keeping tools to branches
• Ensure collection of balances due by constituents
• Special projects as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
