Participating in Supporting Wellness Together - Weight Loss Program is a great way to learn sustainable ways to eat healthier, move more, and lose weight. There are no gimmicks and no restrictive approaches, just the tools you need to make the necessary changes in your lifestyle to acheive weight loss goals. 


Must be 18 years or older
12 weeks ||1 session/week
$50 for members, $150 for non-members *includes 12 week full facility YMCA membership.
Over a $315 value!
