Days & Hours:
M-F 8-5
Required Skills

• Experience using standard Microsoft Office Suite software and office equipment
• Current knowledge and understanding of eFinesstri software and collections law preferred
• Be able to work independently; have excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills; and the flexibility to change priorities as required
• Must meet absolute deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including positive interaction with staff and community leaders
• Be able to speak, write, and understand English clearly and concisely; and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Ability to maintain confidential information while dealing with proper discretion
• Satisfactory credit background check is required due to access to bank information, payment processing and position of trust
• Fluency in second language desired


Oversee the Association business office with regard to all financial transactions. Ensure all business procedures are followed at the branches.
• Monitor accuracy of membership and child care database and billing function
• Manage association wide accounts receivable of child care and membership billing
• Manage association wide bank drafts
• Review and follow up on returned checks and bank drafts
• Assist branch staff and serve as the point person for branch software and business questions
• Train membership representatives to effectively and accurately use constituent software
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and direct employees
• Review and evaluate staff performance, develop strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
