Barre Strength

Barre Strength may incorporate the use of TRX, the Bosu, balls, bands and weights to tone and strengthen muscles plus leg work at the barre. This class relies on a core emphasis to strengthen the body from the inside-out!

Basic Strength

Get yor body moving with this fun class! Basic Strength includeds warm-up, cardio, strength training, core work, and stretching. A great class for health seekers of all ages.

Chair Yoga

This beginner yoga class is designed for those of all ages that may have balance issues. It incorporates gentle, flowing movement while sitting on a chair or balancing with the support of a chair.

Core Strength

This 30 minute class is designed to help you increase core strength by working the muscles in your abdominals, back, and torso.  This workout will help improve posture, coordination, stability and overall strength.

Cycle

This low impact, high energy class, utilizing specialized indoor bikes, will burn calories and build muscle endurance and strength. Suitable for any fitness level. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure proper bike fit.

Cycle Circuit

Provides a total body workout that includes cycling and resistance training by using a variety of exercise methods and equipment.

Dance Fix

This 60 minute dance fitness class is your 'exercise in disguise.' Come get your endorphin 'fix' while moving your body to the beat of familiar muisc. Dance fix will have you feeling funky, spunky, and energized! All levels welcome.

Fit Club

Fit Club creates a club like atmosphere! You feel the music, dance and become stronger while having a blast. Using fun dance moves and incorporating easy weight lifting techniques you will sculpt, tone and strengthen your body. Come dance!

H.I.I.T. - High Intensity Interval Training

High Intensity Interval Training class is the ultimate in variety. Free weights, body weight, mixed martial arts, team work and a boot camp style approach to toning & strengthening your body while shedding FAT!

H2O Fitness

This water class is designed for all fitness levels and includes cardio, toning and stretching.

Heart Zone Testing

If you're not sure where to start with your workouts or you want to fine tune your fitness, Heart Zones is the way to go. Work with certified Heart Zones trainers to establish your individual workout heart zone with threshold testing. After establishing your heart zone thresholds, you will have a guide to know how hard to work and the benefits. Heart Zones is now the world leader in heart-rate training branded and patented systems beginning in 1993.

All Heart Zones threshold testing appointments are included in membership. Any additional Heart Zones base training plans/appointments are standard Personal Training rates. 

High Intensity Cycle

This 30 minute indoor cycle class will not only get your heart pumping with intervals of high intensity cycling, but it will also increase your endurance and help you burn fat more effectively.

Interval Training

Designed to provide high/low intensity levels by mixing cardiovascular peaks with muscular strength and endurance conditioning.

Kick Boxing

Train like a fighter without stepping into the ring! This high energy class will teach you proper technique & form. It will include body weight training and core exercises to increase balance, strength & coordination.

Martial Arts


Learn confidence, safety awareness, self-defense, discipline and respect, all while having fun! Supervised physical contact is allowed only between qualified ranking students. Belt promotions are scheduled when level requirements are achieved. Parents are welcome to observe! A white Martial Arts uniform is suggested, but not required.

Parkinson's Yoga

Yoga for Parkinson's Disease works to improve mobility, stablility, muscular strength and range of motion to decrease rigidity and stress, while increasing mind and body connection.

Additional fee required. No membership required.

People on Weights (POW)

Make your workouts a party! POW is designed for four people to work hard and burn calories while having fun. Learn how strength training with cardio intervals produces positive results that boost your energy and tone your body. In this four-week program, you experience a variety of exercises while focusing on proper techniques, muscle balance, and motivation. Assemble your team and have each person complete a registration form to be matched with your trainer.

Personal Training

Certified trainers use their knowledge of current research, principles of sound exercise, and quality equipment to design and implement a tailored program. Personal Training can include TRX training, private yoga training, sport specific training, HIIT, and much more!

$50 per 1-hour session

$180 for 4 1-hour sessions

$340 for 8 training sessions

Train with a friend for the same price! At the Y, we want you to have a blast in your workouts and share that experience with others. Look good and feel great through personal training at the Y and purchase a single session, 1-month or 2-month training for two people for the price of one.

Power Yoga

Strength, balance, flexibility and breath work combined in a dynamic flow class that uses props for better alignment and tools to gain strength.

Real Ryder

An indoor spin class where the cycles move across three planes of motion. During your ride these bikes will let you steer, lean, and balance on top of as you pedal. Join this fun and challenging class and ride an indoor bike like an outdoor bike!

Senior Potluck

Join us for food and fellowship the third Friday of each month at the Senior Potluck! Please bring a treat to share and be ready to engage in great conversation.

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneaker® ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Open to all ages and a great class for those recovering from injuries.

SilverSneakers® Splash

SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. A special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. No swimming ability is required.

Strength Train Together

Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls, with functional integrated exercises.

Join the fun of our functional movement gym with several station and plenty of tools to incorporate all levels of fitness.

Synergy HIIT

Tai Chi

In this beginner class, students will  learn the 24 Forms (Yang Style) of Tai Chi Chuan. Tai chi is the practice of moving meditation while standing.  Newcomers are welcome at any time as class members are at different levels of experience and will learn from each other.
