Jump Start

The Jump Start to Kindergarten Program is a school readiness program designed to help incoming kindergarten students with no prior preschool experience. The areas of focus include: learning the routines of school, structure of a kindergarten day, transitions, academic readiness, literacy, and math. The Parent Education meetings are created to give parents tools and resources to work with their children at home and help with the transition into school. Parent Education meetings also give parents time to connect with other parents, ask questions, and get feedback from experienced parents and educators.
