Miracle League Baseball is designed for individuals requiring additional assistance to play. This program is adapted to be an inclusive, stress free, non-competitive game, where everyone hits, everyone runs bases, and everyone gets home. Buddies are provided for all players while on the field. Parents may sit in the stands to watch and cheer for their player.

The Y offers a one hour fitness class available to your home school students. The class will consist of a 15 minute nutrition lesson, 45 minute fitness class (with an instructor), then the entire family can head off to open swim. Each participant will choose between two different fitness classes: Family Fitness (classes will include step aerobics, Barre, Zumba, yoga etc.) OR Strength and Conditioning ( participants will do a wide variety of exercise to strengthen muscles and condition body). Your family will also have access to the YMCA for the rest of the day.

The Easter Bunny went swimming and dropped all his eggs in the pool! Help us collect the eggs and return them to the Easter Bunny in exchange for fun prizes. You can turn in up to two eggs for prizes.
- There will not be any swim testing during the event so if you have not been previously tested you will receive a red wristband. Children registered for Session One will be required to have an adult in the pool with them, this adult does not need to pay or be registered.
- Please arrive early to check-in.

Foot patrol is developmentally appropriate running program that combines games, drills and distance to make running fun. The program is designed for the outdoors so children should be dressed appropriately and bring a labeled water bottle. Foot Patrol will focus on nutrition, hydration, breath control, posture, Y core values and sportsmanship. 1.5 Miles-5K(3.1 miles) distance options with the goal to work up to a 5 K.

A six week class designed to help parents deepen understanding of their children’s behavior, build more solid relationships, and learn tools that help to navigate the challenges that will help to broaden perspective and offer new practical strategies for bringing more calm and connection into the home.

Join us for a five week fitness and nutrition boot camp designed to challenge you physically by testing your limits in a 45 minute boot camp style workout followed by 45 minutes of nutrition education. Nutrition is important –especially when it comes to supporting your active lifestyle! Fueling your body before and after your workouts will help you preform better and recover faster. How do you know which foods to choose and when to fuel? Become a pro in this five week crash course while you have fun with specially designed workouts that are sure to have you working hard!
Kids think they are ready to stay home alone and parents wonder if its ok to let them. This three-hour home alone class will teach students: responsibilities when staying home, simple first aid and abdominal thrusts for choking victims, how to navigate the online world, fire safety and what to do around an aggressive dog. We’ll also discuss the truth behind abuse, abduction, and stranger danger. All participants will receive the Safe Kids 101 book.

Kids learn the fundamentals of baseball, building skills in a positive environment. This program focuses on skill building and sportsmanship by providing a positive, family-oriented and fun experience.
Starts April 25
This five week boot camp is designed for mommies to break away from their regular schedule at the gym and have some fun working out with their babies/toddlers in nontraditional ways. Mommy’s will use their little one’s weight for exercises like squats, overhead press, push-ups etc. There will be relays, and obstacles, and outdoor time if it’s nice! Also, in this 45 minutes session, there will be a healthy snack or craft! The session will be commemorated with a photograph of you and your little sweetheart along with matching mommy and me t-shirt.
This after hours middle school event is sure to be a fun-filled night every month!

In this class we will explore the use of foam rollers, and proper technique, in order to get many of the same benefits as a sports massage, without the big price tag. The foam rolling not only stretches muscles and tendons but it also breaks down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. By using your own body weight and a cylindrical foam roller you can perform a self-massage, break up trigger points, and soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. This class is beneficial for all fitness levels.

Learn confidence, safety awareness, self-defense, discipline and respect, all while having fun! Supervised physical contact is allowed only between qualified ranking students. Belt promotions are scheduled when level requirements are achieved. Parents are welcome to observe! A white martial arts uniform is suggested.
